Great care is taken when our hops are processed to protect the pristine oil profile so desired by our customers. Our hop pellets are produced at an extremely slow rate and utilize nitrogen to cool the pellet die to accomplish this goal. As a result, we consider our T-90 hop pellets to be the best available. Our hop pellets are packaged in 11 lbs. or 44 lbs. nitrogen flushed and vacuum sealed packages.
Our raw hops are sold as 13 pound mini bales. Our mini-bales are nitrogen flushed and vacuum sealed just like our 11 pound and 44 pound pellets. The nitrogen flush and vacuum seal process is used to protect the hops from oxidation, extending shelf life and locking in freshness.
Our hop selection is wide and varied from standard Aroma and Bittering varieties such as Cascade, Centennial, Northern Brewer and Willamette to less produced varieties such as Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, Sorachi Ace and Summit
In addition to the above mentioned products, we also offer a variety of Hop Oils, Co2 Extracts, Isohop and other downstream products.
